Data Protection

1. Use of data
We process contact details you submit to route questions to moderators and instructors. Usage logs help us diagnose broken links and improve reading paths across course descriptions. We avoid collecting sensitive categories of data through web forms unless you voluntarily include them in a message, which we discourage.
2. Retention
Inquiry records are kept long enough to resolve threads and follow up on workshops, then archived under access controls. Telemetry tied to anonymous session identifiers is rotated on a regular schedule. You may request deletion of marketing correspondence copies where no statutory retention applies.
3. Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port certain personal data. We verify requests to prevent fraudulent deletion attempts that could disrupt class rosters. Denials, when rare, include an explanation tied to a specific legal obligation.
4. Third parties
Processors may include email delivery providers bound by written agreements. We do not sell personal information lists to data brokers. Community integrations with external chat tools follow the vendor agreements you accept directly with that vendor.
5. Scope
This statement covers flashstream.one properties operated by BridgePulse Academy for course marketing and community coordination. It does not govern in-person venues beyond noting CCTV policies posted at each physical location. Student agreements for paid cohorts may attach additional schedules when you enrol through a separate contract flow.
6. Contact
Privacy questions should be directed to hello@flashstream.one. We may ask for clarifying detail to locate records tied to your email address. Escalations involving potential breaches follow an internal playbook with timelines aligned to Korean supervisory guidance where applicable.
7. Data collected
Typical fields include name, email, optional organisation, and message body content. Technical metadata can include browser type, approximate region derived from IP, and timestamps. We minimise attachments in web forms to reduce malware risk.
