1. Contact
Refund requests should begin with an email to hello@flashstream.one including your cohort name and enrolment reference if available. We may schedule a short call to confirm identity for higher-value studio seats. Postal notices are not required for digital education services offered here.
2. Eligibility
Eligibility depends on the product type: self-paced modules, cohort courses, and studio intensives each carry distinct windows. Promotional or donated seats may be marked non-refundable at the time of grant. If you violate conduct rules after enrolment is confirmed, refunds may be limited as described in the user agreement.
3. Process
We acknowledge requests within five business days and aim to conclude decisions within fourteen days unless external reviewers need more time. Approved refunds are initiated through the original enrolment channel where technically possible. Partial refunds may apply when materials were already delivered digitally.
4. Exceptions
Opened downloadable playbooks after the cooling-off window are generally non-refundable. If you attend more than one live session in a cohort, the attended portion may be deducted from any refund calculation. Force majeure events may delay processing without waiving your statutory rights where they exist.
5. Timeframe
A fourteen-day cooling-off period applies to many distance contracts under Korean consumer rules unless an exception applies. Studio blocks with hard capacity limits may shorten the window; those limits are disclosed before enrolment is confirmed. Chargebacks filed before contacting us may slow cooperative resolution.
6. Scope
This policy covers tuition-style fees listed on the pricing page in KRW without implying automated checkout on this marketing site. Third-party resellers follow their own refund rules. Nothing here limits non-waivable consumer protections.
