1. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea unless mandatory consumer rules in your location override select clauses. Courts in Seoul have non-exclusive jurisdiction for disputes that cannot be settled informally. We may update governing law references if our operating entity reorganises while preserving your substantive rights.
2. Intellectual property
Course materials, diagrams, and lab templates remain our intellectual property except where open licences are explicitly stated. You receive a limited licence to use materials for internal learning while enrolled. Feedback you provide may be incorporated into future curricula without personal attribution unless agreed in writing.
3. Service description
BridgePulse Academy offers educational content about API integration practices for adult professionals. Community previews on the marketing site may not reflect every feature of a paid cohort. We may change schedules when instructors fall ill or when venues adjust safety rules.
4. Liability
We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost revenue from delayed integrations. Direct damages are limited to the amount you paid us for the specific offering giving rise to the claim where permitted. Some jurisdictions disallow certain limitations; in those cases the limitation applies to the maximum extent allowed.
5. User obligations
You agree not to misuse contact forms, upload malware, or scrape the site in ways that degrade service for others. Harassment of instructors, moderators, or students results in removal without refund except where statutes require otherwise. You must supply accurate contact information so we can reach you about schedule changes.
6. Termination
We may suspend access for violations after written warning except for severe abuse cases. You may stop using the site at any time; account deletion for authenticated services will follow a confirmation flow when available. Surviving clauses include intellectual property, liability limits, and dispute resolution where applicable after termination.
7. Acceptance
By browsing, submitting forms, or enrolling, you acknowledge the version of these terms posted with its last updated date. Material changes receive a refreshed date at the top of this document and, when practical, a short notice on the home page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance unless law requires explicit renewed consent.
